font-family:宋体"|~评估公司选择,按《条例》中规定的两种方式,由政府和被征收人协调确定,评估的依据按《条例》执行。~|/span|~~|/p|~ ~|p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.0pt"|~~|span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:16.0pt"|~3~|/span|~~|span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family: 宋体"|~、征收普查~|/span|~~|/p|~ ~|p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.0pt"|~~|span style="font-size:16.0pt; font-family:宋体"|~政府牵头进行普查工作,委托吉林市吉高房屋征收服务中心实施,按制定的方案,逐户调查登记。(见附件)~|/span|~~|/p|~ ~|p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.0pt"|~~|span style="font-size:16.0pt; font-family:宋体"|~通过此次调查结果,确定出同意动迁的真实户数,同意实物安置的真实户数,有利于政府对下一步工作的决策和统筹安排。~|/span|~~|/p|~ ~|p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.0pt"|~~|span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:16.0pt"|~4~|/span|~~|span style="font-size:16.0pt;font-family: 宋体"|~、签定协议~|/span|~~|/p|~ ~|p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:32.0pt"|~~|span style="font-size:16.0pt;
